We are looking to recruit a Bodyshop Advisor to assist in the running of our busy Commercial Vehicle Bodyshop.
The role
Working in conjunction with our experienced Engineering Director and Bodyshop Foreman the key tasks include;
- Being the main customer point of contact for the department
- Receiving new enquiries and preparing quotations
- Dealing with all aspects of customer relationship management including chasing quotations submitted, progress updates and dealing with queries across our customer database, including insurers and accident management companies
- Preparation of jobs for invoicing
- Assisting with credit control and marketing for the Bodyshop
- Involvement in the maintenance of the daily workshop planning document for the department
The candidate
Experience working in an administration role within a commercial vehicle bodyshop or garage would be preferred, as would knowledge of dealing with accident management and insurance companies.
Good organisational and communication skills are essential.
The package
- Salary of £32,000 pa based on Mon-Fri 40 hour working week, full time office based position at our Market Weighton site (YO43 3QX)
